Antravé may contact users utilizing platforms or intellectual property under our ownership on behalf of entities with an operating agreement with Antravé. Any communications made will align with the terms set forth in this Agreement and any additional user agreements provided by those entities. All payments made for Services, licenses, or related transactions may be processed by Antravé LLC. By using the Services, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for any applicable fees, subscriptions, or charges. Payment terms will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Antravé is not responsible for the actions, practices, or misuse of the platform or intellectual property by any entities operating under our agreements. Each entity is solely responsible for their compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards in utilizing our Services.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Antravé does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antravé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your use of our Services.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
